Train clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle by increasing their strength, empower their capabilities, and providing value through an engaging environment. Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback Meet with clients to discuss concerns, and follow up with concerns as needed Other duties as needed

We are a state-of-the-art training and performance facility that serves 1:1 clients, semi-private strength training sessions, general membership members and athletes to improve sport performance and reduce the risk of injury. Located on Walnut Street for over 30 years, we strive to obtain high-quality coaches who want to provide value to our members.
Trainer Overview:
The Strength Coach/Personal Trainer will coach our personal training clients along with semi-private X-Fit classes while providing high energy workouts to all who participate. The ideal candidate is punctual, enthusiastic, professional, energetic and displays excellent communication skills among clients and staff while working alongside the Facility Manager.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current/Active CPT from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or NSCA (CSCS welcomed with high priority)
Required:
Current/Active CPR/AED Required:
1 to 3+ years of coaching, group fitness, or personal training experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
Requirements:
Strong communication and organization skills Punctuality 1 to 3+ years of coaching, group fitness, and/or personal training experience Guide members through personal training and semi-private sessions by explaining proper techniques, demonstrating exercises correctly and efficiently, and providing progressions/regressions of exercises based on needs Experience performing and coaching barbell lifts such as squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, and RDL Set up and break down of equipment used for sessions Assist clients by providing health and wellness guidance while maintaining professionalism Be authentic, empowering and command the space Maintain cleanliness of gym floor and correct storage of equipment This Job is Ideal for Someone Who is: Dependable
