is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to provide high-quality swim lessons in our brand new 90 degree saltwater pool to students of all ages and skill levels. This role focuses on building water safety skills, confidence, and proper technique in a fun, supportive environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, communicates clearly with families, and is committed to creating a safe and positive learning experience. Duties & Responsibilities Instruct swim lessons following LIVE2SWIM's curriculum and teaching methods Ensure the safety of all students by actively supervising during lessons Adapt lessons to meet individual skill levels and learning styles Provide ongoing feedback to swimmers and communicate progress with parents/guardians Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured class environment Collaborate with team members and management to maintain program quality Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to work effectively with children of varying skill levels Clear communication and interpersonal skills Patient, positive, and energetic attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to follow safety procedures and remain alert at all times Previous swim instruction experience preferred (training available) CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Pay:
