Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Coaching and Transportation Staff Member, where your energy and dedication will help foster a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for our students. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching in various sports and physical activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, and managing transportation logistics to support our programs. Your enthusiasm for sports, child development, and safety will contribute to creating a positive experience for children and teens while promoting healthy lifestyles and teamwork. Available Coaching Positions Bowling Boys Soccer Girls Soccer Softball Duties Lead coaching sessions utilizing your sports-specific training expertise. Implement effective behavior management strategies to foster respectful and inclusive environments for children of diverse ages and skill levels. Supervise transportation arrangements for students to and from activities, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while maintaining safety protocols. Operate AED (Automated External Defibrillator) devices during emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed to ensure participant safety. Communicate clearly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding program schedules, student progress, and safety procedures. Assist with specialized sports instruction to enhance students' skills and confidence. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and safety checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements Transportation work requires CDL with Passenger and School endorsement Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or recreational settings. Proven coaching experience in sports Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, colleagues, and program administrators. Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; AED operation training is preferred. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for children of various ages. Background in sports team leadership or teaching physical education is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed for program schedules.
