Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with strong clinical skills to support students in a vibrant school environment. Key Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina SLP License required South Carolina Department of Education (DOE) Certification on hand Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Comfortable providing onsite services; open to virtual/VOCO arrangements if needed Excellent communication and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each students progress Conduct assessments, document findings, and maintain accurate records Develop, implement, and update treatment plans and goals Participate in eligibility meetings, case conferences, and team consultations Foster positive, supportive relationships with students to encourage development Adhere to all district, state, and professional guidelines
