Job Description

Jackson State Community College (NJCAA Division I) is seeking an assistant baseball coach with a strong hitting background. This coach will oversee offensive player development while assisting in all aspects of the baseball program.
Responsibilities include:
Lead hitter development and offensive philosophy. Throw BP and hit fungoes. Assist with recruiting, practice planning, and game preparation. Help with player development, camps, travel, and daily program operations. We're looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes, values accountability, and wants to help build a championship-caliber program.
