As a key member of our sports and recreation staff, you will deliver engaging coaching sessions, promote a positive learning environment, and contribute to our vibrant community. Duties Lead engaging and personalized golf instruction sessions tailored specifically for adult women of various ages and skill levels Develop customized lesson plans that focus on improving swing mechanics, putting, chipping, and overall game strategy Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, confidence-building, and fun during every lesson Monitor participants' progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills Organize group clinics or workshops to promote social interaction and collective learning among female golfers Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a positive environment that supports behavior management Collaborate with other sports instructors and staff to coordinate events, tournaments, or special training sessions Requirements Previous experience in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education—specific in golf Knowledge of behavior management techniques to create an inclusive and respectful environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages Passion for promoting health, wellness, and active lifestyles among women through sport-based instruction Join us in making a positive impact by empowering women through the sport of golf! This part-time role for Tues and Thursdays evenings from 6pm-8pm with the availability of some Saturday mornings within a lively community setting where your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire others to achieve their best.
