Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness ! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we're looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Volleyball Coaches who enjoy working with youth athletes and creating a positive, engaging coaching environment. Our coaches lead recreational volleyball clinics, camps, and other programs designed to help young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Requirements:
What you'll do: Lead youth volleyball clinics, camps, and other programs for athletes ages 5-15 Teach age-appropriate volleyball fundamentals, skills, and game concepts Create high-energy, fun, and engaging sessions that provide a positive experience for every participant Provide appropriate supervision and help ensure participant safety throughout all programs and activities Welcome and communicate professionally with participants, parents, and guests Collaborate on session planning as needed Help maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared program spaces, including assisting with setup and cleanup of equipment and spaces before and after sessions Participate in staff meetings Support other programs and department needs as assigned What makes you a great fit: Availability for Saturday sessions from approximately 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., some weekday evenings, and occasional out-of-school-day camps from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Previous youth coaching experience; at least 2 years is preferred, with experience working with children ages 5-12 especially helpful Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive approach to coaching youth athletes Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, including technical and tactical aspects of the game Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both children and adults Dependable and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and behavior What you'll get as a member of our team: Competitive pay based on experience at $18+/hour Complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to be part of a growing Volleyball department A fun work environment on a great team!
