Join our team as a Swim Lesson Instructor , where you'll help children of all ages learn essential water safety skills and develop a love for swimming. No experience, not a swimmer? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed. This position is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy working with kids and making a positive impact in their community. Pay starts at $15 per hour and up to $20 per hour with flexible shifts totaling 6-12 hours per week. Build your resume while having fun in a supportive and engaging work environment. Reports to Deck Manager/Regional Manager Sigma instructors are responsible for teaching water safety and techniques with our specialized curriculum to provide the best experience Have a positive attitude and maintain safety of our swimmers Use time efficiently to follow the curriculum Be mindful of time organization and class start times Communicate with deck managers to keep classes organized

Schedule Availability:

Must be available to work both sets of days

Monday & Wednesday:

4:30pm - 7pm

OR/AND Tuesday & Thursday:

4:30pm - 7 pm

Saturday:

some weekend classes are available based on certain locations

Requirements:
