Attend coaching education opportunities when assigned by supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Teach all agreed upon classes assigned by supervisor or Gymnastics Director Follow lesson plans provided by Preschool Coordinator or Gymnastics Director Good communication skills with students & their parents Attend staff training sessions Take attendance in classes and be sure you have up-to-date rosters Highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young children and their parents/care givers. A background in gymnastics or working with preschool age children is a plus, but not a necessity if the job applicant has the patience and desire to learn and be an active participant in the program.
