Texas State University is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Coach - Women's Gymnastics for the Texas State Athletic Department. This position is full-time and benefits eligible and reports to the Head Women's Gymnastics Coach.Job Duties:
The Assistant Coach for Women's Gymnastics is responsible for coaching student-athletes at the highest level during practice and meets, the assessment of prospective student-athletes, creation of individualized training plans for each student-athlete on various events, development of overall routine construction, participating in public relations, marketing and fundraising for the women's gymnastics program and the athletic department, retaining current student-athletes by fostering an environment of positive culture and connection to the university, assisting with summer camps and clinics, and complying with NCAA and Texas State University rules and regulations.
