Our mission is to provide expert coaching, science-based programming, and a supportive community where clients achieve lasting results. We are growing and want to become the best sports performance facility in the city of Houston. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated trainers and coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will already have an established book of business (15+ active clients) and be passionate about training both general population clients and athletes. This is a unique opportunity to plug into a high-performance environment while growing within a facility that values professionalism, client care, and long-term development. We take a different approach to training athletes and our coaches must have a hunger to grow and desire to continue learning in our industry. Responsibilities Deliver individualized and small-group training sessions for both general population clients and athletes. Provide exceptional coaching in strength training, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention. Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust programs as needed. Maintain high professional standards and foster a positive, motivating training environment. Collaborate with gym leadership to grow and expand our fitness and performance programs. Retain and service your existing book of business while integrating into our community. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education.
