Schedule and Location This is a full-time, in-person position located at: RV Law Attorneys 4807 Sugar Grove Blvd., Suite 503 Stafford, Texas 77477 Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional additional hours may be necessary to address urgent court deadlines. The position includes an initial 90-day performance period with structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews. How to Apply Submit the following: Your current résumé. Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including strong written English. Demonstrated experience with ECAS and preparing cases involving asylum, withholding of removal, CAT protection, cancellation of removal, voluntary departure, bond proceedings, and EOIR motions. Experience assembling evidence and preparing clients and witnesses for master-calendar and individual hearings. Strong command of deadline control, document quality assurance, and electronic case-file organization. Ability to work full-time in our Stafford office and reliably attend work during established hours.Pay:
