Golf is a locally operated indoor golf business with locations in Bee Cave and Westlake. We combine TrackMan technology, personalized instruction, and a welcoming atmosphere to help golfers improve and enjoy the game. We're looking for a motivated, personable instructor who takes pride in coaching and wants to grow with us. As a small business with plans to expand, we value people who bring ideas, take ownership, and see an opportunity to build a career here. The Role You'll help golfers understand their game, develop a clear plan, and make meaningful progress. You'll also take an active role in building your lesson book, maintaining client relationships, and making ROK a place people want to return to.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering personalized lessons for golfers with different abilities, goals, and learning styles. Using TrackMan data and video to explain what matters in clear, practical terms. Giving clients specific practice priorities and a clear next step after each lesson. Maintaining lesson notes, tracking progress, and following up consistently. Reaching out to new, current, and lapsed clients to build relationships and encourage continued improvement. Recommending lessons, memberships, and programs that fit each client's goals. Keeping your availability accurate and arriving prepared and on time. Supporting the team with guest assistance, bay readiness, equipment care, and facility cleanliness. What We're Looking For Golf instruction or coaching experience and a strong understanding of swing fundamentals. Previous experience with golf simulator technology is strongly preferred, especially TrackMan. The ability to make beginners feel comfortable and experienced players feel challenged. Clear communication, patience, and a willingness to adapt your teaching. Initiative and accountability—you notice what needs attention and follow through. Comfort discussing coaching options and helping clients commit to a plan. A team mindset and willingness to contribute throughout your shift. A desire to keep developing your coaching skills and technology knowledge.

PGA/LPGA

credentials and experience with video analysis or GEARS are valued. Please describe your relevant experience and any certifications in your application. Our Standards The details matter at ROK.
