April 2027 Love skiing or snowboarding? Want to share that passion with others? Join our Winter Sports School team and help guests of all ages and abilities experience the freedom to ski and ride! We're looking for friendly, patient, and energetic individuals to teach lessons and create unforgettable mountain memories. Don't know how to ski or snowboard? We'll teach you!
What You'll Do:
Teach skiing or snowboarding techniques in group and private lesson settings for a variety of ages and skill levels. Provide positive, encouraging feedback and create a fun, supportive experience on the mountain. Promote a safe learning environment by following resort guidelines and adapting lessons to guest needs and conditions. Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly to help guests reach their goals. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Loves being outdoors, in the mountains, and being active while teaching others! Friendly, patient, positive, and great with people (kids and adults)! Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as wind, rain, and snow. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Has (or is interested in earning) a
PSIA/AASI
certification
  • preferred but not required!
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Must be 16 + years or older.
