Our fun and gentle teaching methods focus on water survival skills and stroke advancement, starting from as early as 3 months old. Summary We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages, fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment that promotes water safety and confidence. Responsibilities Conduct swimming lessons for individuals of various ages and skill levels. Implement fun and engaging teaching methods to promote water safety and swimming proficiency. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Maintain a safe and supportive environment during lessons, ensuring the well-being of all participants. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement. Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall learning experience. Requirements Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is highly desirable. Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain certification is required. Strong communication skills to effectively educate students and engage with parents. Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation. Experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus.
