Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Small Group Training Coach and ignite motivation, energy, and transformation in every session! In this role, you will lead engaging, high-energy group workouts that inspire members to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where participants feel empowered, challenged, and excited to improve their health and wellness. Duties Lead small group training sessions focused on diverse fitness modalities such as Kickboxing, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and CrossFit to ensure varied and engaging workouts. Design personalized program plans that cater to different fitness levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness through proper body mechanics and physiology principles. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, emphasizing anatomy knowledge and body mechanics to prevent injuries and maximize results. Motivate participants through energetic coaching, clear instructions, and positive reinforcement to foster a supportive group atmosphere. Track participant progress, provide feedback, and modify workouts as needed to meet individual goals within the group setting. Promote the gym's services by encouraging members to explore personal training options and fitness classes that complement their training routines. Maintain a clean, organized workout environment while adhering to safety protocols and health club standards. Requirements Proven experience in group fitness instruction with certifications in areas such as Group Fitness, Personal Training, or Sports Coaching. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training sessions. Expertise in diverse fitness disciplines including Kickboxing, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Dancing, and CrossFit is highly desirable. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate a variety of participants in a lively group setting. Ability to develop creative program designs that incorporate principles of exercise science for optimal results. Passion for health and wellness with a proactive approach to helping members achieve their fitness goals. Certification in CPR/AED is preferred; ongoing education in fitness trends is encouraged.
