Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver engaging tennis instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and promote healthy physical activity within the community. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help grow participation and elevate the sport's enjoyment for all. Responsibilities Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players Develop personalized training plans to help students improve their technique, strategy, and overall game Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to motivate improvement Assist with organizing community tennis events, clinics, and tournaments Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain equipment properly Collaborate with other staff members to promote health, wellness, and active lifestyles within the community Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, preferably in tennis or related sports such as basketball or cheerleading Experience working with children and managing behavior effectively in a group setting Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of all ages Ability to demonstrate proper technique in swimming or other athletic activities is beneficial Passion for promoting physical activity, health club or gym experience is a plus Join us as a Tennis Coach and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making tennis accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for communities everywhere!
