This is a fun job for a graduating high school or college student, looking for part-time work during the summer. We have a thriving swim team in the heart of Bon Air with around 130 swimmers that practice in our 8 lane pool and compete in the Richmond Metro Aquatic League (RMAL). We have strong parent volunteer leadership to support our coaches and team and a wonderful group of returning high school assistant swim coaches who know the returning swimmers, and all of the Bon Air "Blue Streak" traditions. Below are some highlights on our upcoming season: Season runs from 5/24/27-7/20/26 Includes 6 Swim Meets and 1 all-day Championship Practices are 4:30-7:15pm from 5/24-6/4, then 8:30-11:30am + 5:30-7:15pm from 6/7-7/20 (although assistant coaches are only required to coach one evening practice per week) Applicants must be certified lifeguards prior to 5/24/27, and must have 4+ years experience on a swim team.
