Job Description:

Supporting Head Coach in the following: Serve as Assistant Coach on supervision and coaching as directed by Head Coach. Provide input and assist Head Coach in the execution of team practice plans. Promote positive attitude and sportsmanship with al team members. Develop strong team oriented culture. Model leadership and appropriate behavior. Act as mentor to players in all aspects of school and cadet life

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience coaching Soccer is preferred Proven leadership, motivational, and management skills. Positive mindset and ambition to build Program over multiple years.
