We're looking for a Swim Instructor to deliver fun, safe, and effective private, semi-private, and group lessons for learners of all ages and levels. What you'll do Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time. Tailor instruction to each swimmer's goals and skill level; answer questions before/after lessons. Create an educational, welcoming vibe while enforcing pool & club policies. Keep the deck spotless-reset equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment. Promote club programs and complete required paperwork, meetings, and trainings. Follow all service, facilities, and emergency procedures; flex to early mornings/evenings/weekends. What you bring Excellent communication, listening, and positive, member-first energy. Strong swimming and teaching skills; first-aid know-how. Organized, punctual, detail-oriented; professional appearance. Comfortable building relationships quickly and learning new skills. Position Requirements CPR/AED required. High school diploma or GED. Swim instruction/coaching and/or working with children preferred. WSI, Lifeguard, and CPO certifications preferred.
