Middle School Girls Basketball Coach (7th and 8th Grade)Rutland Town School is seeking a dedicated 7th/8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for candidates with solid basketball knowledge, a passion for mentoring middle school athletes, and a drive to build a supportive, team-first culture.
Promote individual player growth, teamwork, and high standards of sportsmanship.
Work collaboratively with the Athletic Director in alignment with school athletic policies and program goals.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Develop a solid rapport with student-athletes, serving as a positive role model on and off the court.Promote individual player growth, teamwork, and high standards of sportsmanship.
