Job Description:
Joga Soccer Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Personal Soccer Trainer to join our team! If you love working with youth players aged 5-17, thrive in one-on-one and group training settings, and are looking for a long-term position where you can grow and make an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're not just looking for a coach—we're looking for someone we can invest in for the long term, a person with a bubbly personality , positive attitude , and a desire to learn and grow with us. Coaching experience is preferred, and we highly value candidates who have played soccer at the collegiate level .
What You'll Do:
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with players aged 5-17. Assess player skill levels during evaluation sessions and help guide their development. Motivate and push players to reach their full potential, while fostering a supportive and positive training environment. Contribute to our mission of transforming young lives through soccer by helping players improve their skills and confidence. Be a mentor and role model to aspiring soccer players, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Starting Position :
$20 per hour.
Pay Increases :
For every 10 players you manage, your pay increases

Qualifications:
Must be 22 years or older . Soccer experience (college level preferred). Coaching experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
