OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
We want you to know exactly what to expect before you apply.

Catch the Wave uses a two-part interview process: First Interview — General Fit & Availability We'll talk about your schedule, pay, and what working at Catch the Wave looks like day-to-day. Second Interview — Culture & Expectations You'll learn about how our internal policies, pay structure, and advancement system work so you can go into the job fully understanding what to expect. This process helps both you and our team feel confident that it's the right fit before moving forward.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Clean background check Must be able to commit to a set weekly schedule (we build your shifts around your availability) Consistency is key — being able to regularly attend your scheduled shifts is part of being successful in this role Must be available to work at least two shifts during the following times: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certification during training (not required to apply)
POSITION TYPE & HOURS
This is a part-time position.
Typical starting schedule:
6-15 hours per week Opportunity to grow to 20-25 hours per week as teaching skills and performance develop Expect to maintain your initial schedule for the first 2-3 months during the training and certification phase This is a great fit for college students , people with another part-time job , or anyone looking for a fun, flexible, and meaningful role that pays competitively and rewards reliability.
