THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Coach who will lead sessions on the turf and deliver elite coaching, professionalism, and execution while consistently representing ISi® Elite Training brand standards and core values. The right person brings energy into the room, knows how to connect with people, and genuinely cares about helping members succeed.WHAT YOU WILL OWN
LEADTHE SESSION
Lead high-energy sessions on the turf. Demonstrate movements, provide clear and effective coaching cues, and bring consistent energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every session.COACH THE MOVEMENT
Coach proper form, technique, movement mechanics, and modifications across varying fitness levels.KNOW YOUR MEMBERS
Create genuine relationships with members by knowing their goals and their whys, making them feel seen, and celebrating their milestones. Reach out to members and participate in retention and member engagement efforts.WORK WITH THE TEAM
Work closely with the Facility Manager and Sales Leads to deliver an exceptional lead and member experience, and collaborate with the Head Performance Coach, other coaches, and the leadership team.COMMUNITY AND OUTREACH
Support lead generation and community engagement through events, promotions, outreach, social media content, and facility-based initiatives. Attend team meetings, trainings, development opportunities, and facility eventsKEEP GETTING BETTER
Proactively seek out and implement feedback to continuously improve coaching skills. Maintain an elite training environment aligned with ISI® standards, and represent the ISI® brand and culture inside and outside the facility.WHAT YOU BRING
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a nationally accredited organization: ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent CPR/AED certified Complete required corporate trainings Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends Lead by example in punctuality, professionalism, urgency, communication, energy, and ownership Genuine passion for fitness and helping others build strength and confidence Required to take a minimum of 2 sessions per week Previous coaching experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the passion, personality, and work ethic to become an elite coachPay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 12.0 per weekBenefits:
