We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered Head 7th-Grade Girls Basketball Coach who is committed to developing the whole student-athlete. We look for coaches who create a strong sense of belonging, build positive and respectful relationships, and hold themselves and their teams to high standards. Our coaches understand that athletics is an extension of the educational experience and an opportunity to help students develop confidence, character, teamwork, resilience, and a drive for excellence. We value coaches who are passionate about their sport, committed to continuous improvement, and able to inspire students to work toward their individual and team potential. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, families, coaches, school staff, and the broader community to create a positive and purposeful athletic experience.
