The Head/Assistant Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Gymnastics program, including player development, program organization, staff supervision, and fostering a positive culture that supports the academic and personal growth of student-athletes. Qualifications Previous coaching experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive team culture. Knowledge of and willingness to comply with WIAA rules and regulations. Required Certifications Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain). Completion of all required WIAA coaching certifications. Successful completion of district-required background checks and onboarding requirements.
