Job Summary:
The Division of General Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, seeks a clinician-educator that is committed to a career as a clinician practicing and teaching palliative medicine at a community hospital. Full-time and part-time positions will be considered at the Assistant Professor faculty rank. Clinical duties include attending on the Palliative Care Consult Service and/or the Palliative Care Clinic at a University of Colorado Health clinic or hospital. Teaching activities may include leading formal/informal teaching sessions. Academic responsibilities may include active participation in palliative care quality improvement initiatives or other scholarly activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current State of Colorado Medical License and
DEA. 0-7
years' experience as an MD or DO. Current faculty in General Internal Medicine, Palliative Care Consult Service or the Palliative Care Clinic How to

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $195,000
•235,000. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
