The field of Information Systems encompasses data analysis, teamwork, leadership, project management, customer service, and underlying business theories. Technology is an integral part that enables company activities, including management and decision-making. The emphasis of the major is on preparing information specialists in systems, data management, operations, and major business areas. Position Profile The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, colleagues, and external partners to help students apply technology to complex organizational and societal problems. A central expectation of this position is the ability to develop and teach interdisciplinary courses, modules, and experiential projects that connect information systems, artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and digital transformation with other business fields, and when appropriate, disciplines outside the School of Business. All applicants must possess an advanced degree in Management Information Systems or closely related field from an accredited university.
