e2137-06053 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time position supporting pediatric students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment near New Britain, CT. Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on pediatric school-based services. Previous school or pediatric experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students, with tailored treatment planning. Deliver evidence-based therapy individually or in small groups, addressing a range of communicative, articulatory, and cognitive-communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success and integrate therapy within the educational environment. Maintain precise and timely documentation compliant with school and regulatory guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, develop IEP goals, and support students across various grade levels.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.92 to $65.92. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
