The Feminist Studies Program, an interdisciplinary program at Southwestern University, invites applications for a part-time Instructor/Assistant Professor to teach Introduction to Feminist Studies in the fall of 2026. The candidate's specialization is open, however as our intro course contributes to Race and Ethnicity Studies, the candidate should be experienced in teaching feminist studies from an intersectional lens that centers women of color feminisms.QUALIFICATIONS
PhD in Women's and Gender Studies and/or possess 18 hours of graduate level coursework in the field and Women's and Gender Studies doctoral portfolio/certification.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The salary for this position is $4,200 for individuals with the terminal degree in-hand by August 1 (Assistant Professor) or $3,900 for individuals with the Master's degree in-hand by August 1 (Instructor).
