The Washington College Department of Economics invites applications for the full-time, tenure-track teaching position of Assistant Professor in Economics.

Duties are as follows:

Teach introduction and upper‐level courses in Economics, as well as courses contributing to the Business major. The teaching load is three courses per semester. Maintain an active scholarly agenda that includes student collaborations and community engagement. Mentor senior thesis students, provide academic advising support, and contribute to department and college‐wide service. The position requires a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field by start date.
