Caldwell University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track assistant- or associate-level faculty position in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis (Ph.D., M.A., and Post-Master's programs) beginning Fall 2026. Job duties include, but are not limited to; Teaching graduate courses in the following areas (depending on expertise): basic and applied behavior analysis, developmental disabilities / autism, research methods, ABA program development, etc. Actively engaged in a research agenda including but not limited to chairing Doctoral dissertation and Master's thesis research Supervising student practicum in the on-campus Center for Autism & ABA Engaging in university service (e.g., serve on university committees, provide student advisement, and contribute to community service). Ideal candidates would have eligibility for the Clinical Supervisor position in Caldwell University Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates are required to possess the following qualifications: Doctoral degree (Ph.D.,) from an accredited graduate program with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis Successful college teaching experience Applied/clinical experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental delays Demonstrated record of research and scholarly activity (e.g., empirical publications, conference presentations, editorial experience) Successful experience mentoring student research in applied behavior analysis Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA) certification and New Jersey license (or eligibility to be) in behavior analysis Be available to teach during the evening and summer, as needed.
