Job Description:
Farmingdale State College seeks adjuncts to teach evening graduate level construction cost analysis, advanced estimating and other construction management related courses. The Graduate Program is an interdisciplinary (Civ
ET, CMET, EET, MET, BUS
) program.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: Master's degree in construction management or in a related fields and at least five years full time industry or college level academic experience.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
: Doctorate in construction management or in a related field. Demonstrated experience in parametric estimating, life-cycle project cost analysis, earned value methodology, and technology trends in project/program cost estimating and control.
