The Humanities Department at York Institute of Technology is seeking a part-time writing instructor to teach on the Long Island (Old Westbury, NY) or York City ( York, NY) campuses beginning in Spring 2027. Responsibilities Teach in-person and/or online (asynchronous) undergraduate writing courses, including first-year composition and research writing. Qualifications M.A. in English, or closely related field.

Previous successful college-level teaching experience, including online courses.
