• M.D degree and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. Selected candidate will also hold (or have the ability to obtain) appropriate medical licenses for the State of Michigan. Evidence of clinical competence and documentation of scholarly ability and achievement (record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, successful acquisition of external funding). Preferred candidate will possess the critical elements of teaching (knowledge of subject matter, skill in presentation, enthusiastic approach, etc.).
