Assistant Professor - Philosophy and Religion Austin Peay State University - 4.2 Clarksville, TN Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications Teaching religious studies Doctor of Philosophy Full Job Description The APSU Department of History and Philosophy seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Philosophy and Religion Program, beginning July 30, 2027. Candidates must have a PhD in History, Philosophy, or related discipline and be prepared to teach courses in the History of Philosophy, especially Ancient through Modern, Epistemology, Philosophy of Religion, and World Religions. The position will be responsible for advising students in both Philosophical Studies and Religious Studies concentrations. We are searching for an experienced teacher with demonstrated ability to engage students. A record of publication is preferred.
