This position provides high quality, compassionate healthcare promoting health and wellness in our community. The CDCES works directly with patients and their families to provide individual and group education and support to people with diabetes and other chronic health conditions.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education One of the following: RN Dietitian- BS Social Work
- MSW Exercise Physiologist
- MS Minimum Experience Two years experience in nursing, dietetics, social work, or exercise physiology, including patients with diabetes.
