Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to support a leading renewable energy organization in developing and expanding its ROC training program. This individual will be responsible for designing and building technical training modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline, transforming existing technical documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and SME knowledge into engaging eLearning courses, assessments, videos, and job aids. The ideal candidate will develop hands-on, safety-focused, and compliance-driven training while partnering closely with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design best practices, including ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methods, as well as the ability to independently manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can take ownership of multiple training initiatives, evaluate learning effectiveness, and continuously improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
