Comments and Other Information The Encinitas Union School District (EUSD) is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Education Specialist to join our SDC Behavior Program at Park Dale Lane Elementary School. This temporary position, running from September 2026 through June 2027, offers a meaningful opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs and make a positive impact in their educational journey. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about special education, particularly with supporting students in a behavior-focused program, and who is committed to creating an engaging, structured, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive team of specialists, instructional staff, and site leadership to meet the individual needs of students and foster their academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth. This position is ideal for an educator who values collaboration, builds positive relationships with students and colleagues, and is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. EUSD is located in North San Diego County along the coast. It serves nine (9) Kindergarten through sixth grade schools, and one (1) pre-school for students with special needs.District's Vision:
