Description:
Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments. Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems. Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning, student and facilitator guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support. Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the target audience. Participate in meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, alpha, beta, and answer validation meetings. Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks. Skills- 3+ years' experience developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Articulate Rise PowerPoint, and Word
- Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed
