  • $60 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Special Education Certification Full Job Description We're partnering with school districts in the South San Francisco area to hire multiple Education Specialists (Special Education Teachers) for the upcoming school year.
These positions support students across K-12 settings, with placements based on your experience and preference. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction in accordance with student needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Track progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Active California Education Specialist Teaching Credential Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) authorization (if applicable to assignment) Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Position Details Multiple openings across grade levels and program types (mild/moderate, mod/severe, etc.) Supportive district environments with established special education teams Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package available (medical, dental, vision, 401k options) Why This Role?
