Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of training experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of training experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years of training experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of training experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training experience In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced abovePreferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Operations, Development and / or related functions, experience in biopharmaceutical / life sciences industries preferred. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience designing and developing training in a regulated, quality-controlled, or highly governed environment. Strong knowledge of adult-learning theory, instructional design principles, curriculum development, assessment design, and learning evaluation. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, technical content, and regulatory requirements and translate them into effective training. Experience providing guidance on curriculum, assignments, assessments, and learner requirements. Knowledge of industry-standard learning tools and platforms, such as Articulate, Captivate, and AI technology Proven track record of successfully managing e-learning projects from conception to completion Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledgeable onSCORM LMS

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
