PM Work Arrangement:

Fully onsite, 5 days/week

Duration:

Long-term contract with potential conversion This is a long-term contract position with potential to convert to permanent , supporting a major enterprise ERP transformation. The organization is transitioning from Lawson to Oracle Cloud Fusion , and this role will support the Training & Development team in designing and developing training programs to help employees successfully transition to the new system.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop training materials, curriculum, e-learning, and blended learning programs. Create training for software/system implementation and enterprise-wide rollout. Partner with HR, SMEs, and department stakeholders to identify training needs. Support and/or deliver employee training during the ERP implementation. Ensure training aligns with business processes and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

3+ years of Instructional Design, L&D, curriculum development, e-learning, or corporate training experience. Strong HR/L&D instructional design background. Experience developing training for software or system implementations. Strong communication and SME/stakeholder collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Business, or related field. Ability to work fully onsite in Hollywood, FL.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP implementation and training experience. Oracle Cloud Fusion experience is highly preferred. Experience supporting enterprise-wide system rollouts. Experience with MS Publisher and MS Copilot.
