Life:
The Learning Specialist delivers engaging learning experiences, primarily in a virtual environment across Operations, Leadership, Customer Care, and other assigned programs. This role focuses on facilitation, learner engagement, classroom management, training support, and administration while ensuring consistent delivery of approved content and learning standards. The Learning Specialist collaborates with Global Learning and business partners to share learner insights, support continuous improvement, and contribute to learning initiatives. This role impacts training effectiveness, new hire success, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, leadership development, and overall workforce growth. The salary for this role starts at $55,000 annually, commensurate of experience.
What You'll Do:
+ Deliver engaging training using approved learning tools, facilitation techniques, and content standards. + Manage classroom participation, engagement, pacing, attendance, and learner support to create an effective learning experience. + Connect learning content to real-world applications and reinforce knowledge through practice, feedback, and coaching. + Serve as a lead facilitator or provide training support, partnering with other facilitators to ensure a seamless learner experience. + Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting during virtual training sessions. + Maintain accurate training records, attendance, completion data, and required documentation. + Partner with Global Learning teams and business stakeholders to identify learner needs, share insights, and support learning and development priorities. + Analyze learner feedback, training data, and trends to recommend improvements to programs, processes, and content. + Maintain readiness to facilitate assigned programs through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development activities. + Support learning projects, content reviews, pilot programs, process improvements, and other Global Learning initiatives. + Provide onsite training and learning support as business needs require. + Promote consistency and best practices across Global Learning programs and initiatives. + Evaluate training solutions to assess the impact of learning programs on job performance, business outcomes, and return on investment ( ROI ).
