Operationalize effective adult learning principles, and the ability to effectively create classroom and online (web-based) educational curriculum, programming, and materials to meet organizational needs. Determine performance enhancement strategies in alignment with educational philosophy and needs of the organization. Act as a resource for various departments in the areas of staff development, and provide insight into educational needs and requirements. Consult with organizational partners in the creation of education, to meet the collaborating department's goals. Facilitate workshops and classes and demonstrates knowledge of adult learning. Develop, build, assign, and troubleshoot educational content in a Learning Management System. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Nursing / Patient Care Required 4 years Nursing in acute care setting Required Required Registered Nurse (RN)- State Licensing Board Per Job Setting Preferred Basic Life Support Instructor (BLSINST)
- American Heart Association Preferred Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Instructor (ACLSINS)
- American Heart Association Preferred Master's Degree Nursing/Nursing Education or CNS Preferred 2 years Educational or training related to healthcare
