Position Summary:
The Education Coordinator functions as an educator, consultant, facilitator, researcher, leader, change agent and resource person for the health center. Responsible for planning and overseeing staff orientation, inservice education, staff development, and policy development and/or revision. The Education Coordinator assumes a consultant role in strengthening collaborative relationships with health center leadership, physicians, and all health care staff in various settings to improve patient/family outcomes along the care continuum throughoutMHS. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field Minimum Experience Minimum 2 years nursing experience Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas Registered nurse license Current BLS certificationBenefits
