The Educational Alliances Specialist supports Stellantis educational partnership programs through strategic marketing, communications, event support, and stakeholder engagement. This role manages marketing initiatives, communications campaigns, program website, newsletters, and event-related activities in support of programs such as the Mopar Career Automotive Program and Degrees@Work. The Mopar Career Automotive Program was established in 1984 through strategic partnerships with secondary educational institutions. The program integrates Stellantis technical curriculum into participating schools' general curriculum to help train and recruit future Stellantis technicians. The Degrees@Work program is another strategic partnership FCA has with Strayer University. The Degrees@Work program provides a no-cost, no-debt, college education to Stellantis employees and participating FCA dealership employees and their family members. The Educational Alliances Specialist supports these programs and other departmental programs by managing communications, marketing and event needs. The role also supports the Experiential Training Manager with launch events as needed.
