6Month Shift:
8AM - 5PM Job Summary Seeking a team player to support critical customer engagements in the Electrophysiology division. This role is responsible for planning and executing meetings, events, and presentations globally. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of internal and external healthcare meetings and events Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Product Development, Global Communications, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives Work with vendors to design and deliver event elements aligned with program goals Lead venue sourcing and ensure appropriate meeting space and specifications Manage registration processes, event communications, logistics, and post-event closeout Handle post-event activities including invoice payments, internal cross-charging, financial summaries, and attendee evaluations Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors Coordinate reporting metrics for compliance and continuous improvement Operational & System Responsibilities Support daily activities related to process integrity, systems monitoring, and data collection Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs Develop and optimize digital tools and solutions aligned with business strategies Work within established guidelines and procedures Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities Collaborate with legal and Compliance teams to ensure events meet compliance guidelines Ensure adherence to Sunshine Act and other governing legislation Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignmentsEducation Requirements Minimum:
