Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to design or support technology-enhanced courses Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment with changing priorities Strong customer service orientation Attention to detail in documentation, configuration, testing, and review of instructional technology solutions Demonstrated initiative and commitment to continuous learning, including evaluation and application of emerging technologies in teaching and learning Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require any immigration sponsorship or support. Bachelor's degree Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting the use of instructional technologies in higher education or a comparable environment Demonstrated experience supporting learning management systems (LMS) and related instructional technologies Demonstrated ability to support technology use in blended and/or online learning environments Demonstrated experience supporting digital accessibility All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications Master's or advanced degree Experience with Canvas LMS Experience creating digital learning tools Experience developing web-based learning materials Experience with project planning, management, and reporting Experience supporting a variety of instructional technologies across multiple platforms and devices Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Position Type Permanent Full-Time Number of Hours Per Week 40 Number of Months Per Year 12 Posting Text Open Date 07/01/2026 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicants Application materials must be submitted online.
