Job Description

The Training & Education Coordinator supports agency-wide learning and development by facilitating internal staff trainings and providing external training and outreach presentations to the community. This role is responsible for organizing onboarding and professional development activities for staff, maintaining training records, coordinating logistics, and serving as an administrative and operational hub for the Training & Education function. The position leads the internal and external Education and Prevention Training for the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Training & Professional Development Coordinate onboarding and mandatory training for new employees. Maintain and track staff compliance with required training and credentialing. Schedule internal trainings and assist with logistics including registrations, reminders, materials, and evaluation tools. Maintain training calendars and coordinate with internal subject matter experts. Track continuing education and professional development activities. Maintain organized training files, materials, and curriculum records. Produce training curriculum and materials. External Training, Outreach and Community Requests Receive and process requests for external training from community partners. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication for external training opportunities. Maintain records of external training activity, attendance, and feedback. Support collaboration with community partners, businesses, schools, and healthcare providers by ensuring timely follow-up and documentation for training requests. Create new and strengthen existing collaborations with community groups, schools, businesses, nonprofits and leaders, and provide prevention education and training. Provide input to the Assist the Quality Assurance Director in development and implementation of evaluation strategies for programming. Stay up to date on research on best-practices, changes in the field of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and stalking, and apply research to programming provided to community. Collaborate with other community agencies and participate on task forces and committees. Represent the organization in a professional manner in community meetings, public speaking engagements ad at conferences. Administrative & Program Support Ensure organizational training requirements are in compliance with all accreditation and professional standards. Maintain training databases and reporting tools. Track and report training activity and participation data as requested. Assist with collecting evaluation data and feedback related to training effectiveness. Support compliance with accreditation and professional standards by maintaining organized training documentation. Assist with preparation of training-related reports and summaries. Perform other training-related duties as assigned.
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
